Eugene Burbelo serve with Fr. Philip in Jackson.  Fr. Eugene Burbelo, one of only two Archdeacons, has over 50 years of dedicated service in the clergy and has always been a Fixture of the  St. Vladimir's day Feast.   The Photograph is of Fr.
